About Sam

Sam is an integrative holistic Physiotherapist who specialises in diagnosing and treating the true source of his clients’ pain through a holistic, individualised approach. With a double degree in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sports Science, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has extensive expertise in managing patients suffering from ongoing back pain and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Sam is passionate about empowering clients to understand their bodies and achieve long-term pain relief by addressing the root causes of their discomfort, not just the symptoms.

Sam works closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure the highest level of clinical care for those with persistent musculoskeletal pain. He is particularly focused on complex, long-term pain conditions, especially in the lower back, and is dedicated to helping patients regain their optimal health and function.

In addition to his work with chronic pain patients, Sam has a strong background in sports rehabilitation. Having worked with a variety of athletes and teams, his experience extends to exercise rehabilitation and lower limb injury management, areas close to his heart from his years of competing at state and national-level basketball.

Outside the clinic, Sam is an active member of his community. He participates in the Murph Crew at Bondi Beach, a fitness group focused on strength and endurance, and volunteers with charities such as Wheelchairs for Kids and the National Borey for Infants and Children in Cambodia, where he treated children with Cerebral Palsy and has donated wheelchairs to kids throughout South-East Asia. Sam also donates over 1,000 hampers each year to the homeless in Sydney over the Christmas period, as part of his commitment to supporting those in need.

A true animal lover, Sam has been a long-time member of Sydney Dogs and Cats Home where he rescued his Staffy, Bailey
